The journey begins with a grounding meditation each week, attuning to the frequency of sound connected to that colour. We’ll paint with richly pigmented watercolours, honouring Mother Nature’s treasures—flower blossoms, plants, crystals, and more—while dissolving limiting beliefs and finding ease and joy in your creative flow. The beauty of watercolour is its duality: it’s compact enough to take anywhere, and like life and love, it teaches the balance between control and surrender.
